plentyofsales is a content-led growth marketing agency supporting local studios & home services in Helsinki. These small businesses who use their social media channels as main source of leads often doesn't have a system to convert their cold audience into customers. In order to utilize the true potential of their social media presence, plentyofsales identifies gaps where the business is losing customers on each marketing channel and builds system around content to attract, nurture and convert the cold audience entering the funnel.
Activities involve local SEO, creative direction, short-form content production for social media platforms Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Pinterest, Linkedin, Youtube, and X, lead magnets, landing pages, automation, email newsletter, and direct response social selling. Content is strategically designed for reaching non-followers on socail media channels and take those cold audiece to sales funnel. As the content system takes time to populate and get results typically within 2-4 months of deployment, we also help our clients with Meta video ads and Google search ads to get more traffic to dedicated landing pages to get more appointments booked within the first week. Unlike paid ads (lead flow stops when ad campaign stops), content ecosystem keep working in the background for the business bringing consistent lead flow and using other marketing assets and automation those leads move toward purchase.
About the role
As a founder-led agency I visit local business owners in person, audit their current customer acquisition setup, and show them exactly what they’re not doing through an audit review meeting and report. If the owner prefers email, then deliver the audit report along a Loom walkthrough of solutions to fix their sales funnel. This is a ground-floor role. You’ll be in the field, face-to-face with business owners, and prepping marketing funnel audit report. If you’re studying business and want to experience sales, marketing, and strategies this is how you learn it for real. You have only one purpose: to fill the sales pipeline with qualified opportunities.
Requirements
Currently studying or graduated in business, marketing, communications, or a related field at a university or business school in Helsinki
Fluent in Finnish (critical — most business owners operate in Finnish) and strong in English
Comfortable walking into a business you’ve never been to and starting a conversation with the owner — this is the core skill
Understanding of sales and marketing economic metrics
Business accumen of how small businesses work, how they get customers, and what makes local marketing effective
Available at least 15 hours per week (Preferably from 11.00 to 14.00)
Previous experience in sales or any customer-facing role is a plus
What you'll receive
Commissions on closed deals. You earn 20% commission on leads sourced through you if they converts to a paying client. The better leads you source, the more you earn. Deal size within €1000 - €5000
Mentorship from the founder. You’ll work directly alongside the founder, learning strategy, client management, and how a marketing agency operates from the ground up. No layers of middle management.
Growth path. If you perform well, this can become a permanent role as we scale. We’re building the team now, and early joiners shape what the agency becomes

About the role
Join the team to put your skills into work and gain industry experience in producing strategic social media content for customer acquisition. Invest in yourself to master your craft and competitive edge in video production, which is one of the essetial marketing assets in attention economy. You will be working with the team member at our clients' preferred location to film, then do post-production and deliver final content. You need to have camera, audio equipments and post-production tools.
Requirements
Technical mastery of camera, lighting, and audio
proficiency in post-production software Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
Must have produced social media content using professional filming equipments before
Willing to work on per-project basis (16-24 reels, stills)
Native Finnish language skill
